AWS Expert Needed - Rails & PHP sites

Project consists of setting up the following on the same or separate instances. (Your call on how many instances.) 1.) Ruby on Rails site 2.) Magento Ecommerce site (php) 3.) Joomla site (php) I want to use the following: ECS, EBS (just announced), S3 and a third party forwarding service such as authsmtp, easydns, or dnsmadeeasy for email distribution (so emails won't be blacklisted or rejected as spammed). I am also open to using services such as GoGrid or Rightscale which can simplify the management of AWS. I have accounts with all of these. (Again, I'm looking for the easiest solution from an administration and bug-free standpoint.) A few other notes: 1.) You'll have to setup each instance. 2.) I want to be able to make daily (perhaps twice a day) backups of the sites. 3.) I would also like for the provider to walk me through their process and educate me on the whole "elastic/grid" setup. From provisioning an instance to the daily management of said task. (I can imagine I will have questions regarding dns, storage, etc.) This project should be rather simple for someone experienced with AWS. I will supply all db and site files. Project would start immediately. I would like to have everything completed within 3-4 days.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables):
a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
