Run update of applications and add hashes to a database

We are looking for I.T. professional to run windows updates on companies of every version of windows, and add them to a database. We have about 50VMs Running different versions of windows. Each day we need to check if Microsoft has added new builds to the Windows update. Manually download these updates and apply them to these computers. After they apply them they should run our tools to scan the computer, which will update our whitelists. In addition, we have a seperate tool for updating Apps. We should run these apps updates each day. The person will need to work for 2 hours per day 30 days in the month. Plus they will need to work longer on Patch Tuesday which is the second Tuesday of each month. The person should use our app to log in and make sure applications are working. They should have good English.
