We're looking for a seasoned woocommerce admin to run our shop. This is a long term hourly job, with potential to expand into a more general virtual assistant role and/or project management. We have two main subscription products. One is a monthly coffee subscription and the other is an online learning membership. Ongoing tasks include: - managing subscribers, orders, payment retries, and renewals - customer support: refunds, logins, shipping problems etc. - monthly csv export of orders to our fulfilment centre - forecasting subscription volumes for suppliers (basic) - creating and maintaining documentation for recurring and predictable tasks - some manual data entry Others: - Time tracker usage is required. - We are in Melbourne Australia, but don't require you to be in any particular timezone. We can take up the woocommerce admin and virtual assistance /project management for your woocommerce shop. The following ongoing tasks can be takenup. 1. To manage subscribers, orders, payment retries and renewals 2. To support customers for the issues of logins, shipping problems and refunds. 3. Sending CSV exported from the woocommerce orders to the fulfillment center 4. Basic forecasting of subscription volumes based on the current month subscriptions. 5. To maintain documentation and checklist for the recurring and predictable tasks 6. Data entry Will use timetracker to track the number of hours worked on the tasks/activities.
