Javascript/Ajax page for entering wordpress posts

Ajax/Javascript front end for wordpress posts. My tech blog [login to view URL] seems to be taking on a life of its own and is growing faster than I can keep up, many people are providing us stories and we dont have the manpower to manage the upload and editing processes, so I am looking to streamline as much of this as possible by giving content providers an easy interface to edit their stories about startups and list their companies on our startup directory. I looking to create a similar editing experience to [login to view URL] or [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] to allow users to list their companies in our directory of startups or to submit stories or experiences about their entrepreneurial experience. Will need to be able to a. Allow a user to create a new profile or wordpress user via a list of social networks or oauth. b. Allow a user to choose between listing a company (typical name, web, description, load images and logo) and writing a story c. Save this as the user is editing d. Provide similar editing functions as wordpress e. Enter this into wordpress with custom fields as required and save as a draft post f. Allow a user to login and edit their posts g. Allow the user to share their listing on both submission and publication via social network share buttons e. Allow us to edit and approve a post and email the user that it has been published. Wherever possible use existing wordpress code however keep independant of wordpress code base so that wordpress upgrades can still be applied.
