Hi, I work for a small US-based NGO and need to connect our donation platform to our Salesforce (with nonprofit starter pack) account using Zapier. We use the GiveWP app to process donations. GiveWP connects to Zapier and so does Salesforce. This connection would search Salesforce to see if donor (contact) already exists, if it does it adds the new donation to that contact. If the donor doesn't exist it creates a new contact and adds donation to that contact. GiveWP says on its website that it connects to Salesforce via Zapier but doesn't provide much specific documentation on how to do it.
