INTRODUCTION - Who We are a digital agency based in Vientiane, Laos. Our client for this job is Beerlao (Lao Brewery Company), for whom we are making a website as part of a larger campaign. - What Create a new website, which follows the architecture & design of the wireframes provided. There will also be a lucky draw, which requires a database and some other features. HOW - Overall Must be build using Wordpress. Must be fully responsive, working on all devices and in all browsers. Must have a user friendly backend for managing - No visual composer or similar. Must be dual language: Lao by default + English. Adobe XD Wireframe is provided. Must implement Google analytics code provided. Must implement Facebook Pixel code provided. - Content Voting options. Display results-graph in real time. Display #votebeerlao feed. Display video content. Display map with participating outlets. - Facebook Log In API Gateway Must log in with Facebook to vote. If user is directed to website from Facebook (logged in already), there is no need to log in again. However, there must be a check-up mechanic validating the user is still above legal drinking age. - Voting A user must be above legal drinking age to vote. A user can vote 1 time per 1 hour. A user can double their vote by sharing to facebook. - Results Option to enable/disable manual tweaking of results. - Database Upon voting, the user data is stored in a database (their vote + FB Profile link). If user shares to facebook, their vote is automatically doubled in the database. Database backup 2 times a day (9AM & 5PM). Option to manually export database as CSV, Excel & PDF. - Lucky Draw The data collected in the database will eventually be used for lucky draws. For this we require a function/button to easily find and select a winner (This must happen on backend and have to work with Lao language as well). The more votes a user has submitted, the higher the chance of winning a lucky draw. THE JOB We will hire you to build the site for us, following wireframes, instructions and feedback given by us and the client. Only teams are taken into consideration. We will not consider one-man-operations. Hard deadline is Sunday the 8th of July (The site has to go live on this date, transferring the site to chosen servers & connecting domain must therefore happen before this date). PAYMENT & MILESTONES - For security reasons there will be no upfront payment, partial or early releases of milestones. - All milestones will be paid in full accordingly. - All milestones is set by us, following the chosen procedure. 1st milestone $50 - Age Gate - Home (voting options & menu) 2nd milestone $50 - FB Login API - Vote submission (Mechanics & database) 3rd milestone $50 - End Screen (results & managing results) - Successful walkthrough (entire process) 4th milestone $50 - Database management & backup - Lucky draw mechanics - Lucky draw winner selection function 5th milestone $400 - Backend/Documentation - Finalisation & handover Total amount: $600 If you cannot accept the above terms & conditions, please do not apply for the job.
