Personal assistant needed

I am looking for a personal assistant able to update various blogs, create and maintain web2 properties and help with various SEO (links building mostly) tasks.
You must have your own computer, fast Internet connection, be familiar with word press blogs, be functional in English and available for a long term job.
If you are interested please let me what is your experience and how much time you have available for this.
Please only apply if you are the one doing the job. I am not interested in agencies or 3rd parties.
Payment is $2/hour maximum.
