WordPress site Tweaks

I need my WP blog tweaked/edited. I switched out my static site to wordpress woo theme. Actually they are both present. old style is in static site I have installed a custom wp theme * woo themes * some of it is in there already. (my logo) header bg colors and nav menu colors. I want my site to look very much like their demo. [login to view URL] - Here is what I need done: 1.) the jquery slider should show recent sports news photos from tournaments and update automatically. 2.) I have several plugins for RSS feeds but they are not updating like they should. 3.) (optional) I want an associated image to appear with the pulled content from the RSS plugin like the demo "testing the elements" testing the boxes" - I guess thumbnails. 4.) -- same as #6 -- I want some pages made into a new directory current site: (old site) I actually do not know how to make a directory to put this in OR put some of the php code from that player page into a newly created woo themes page which is in a new directory/folder - please do that. 5.) Edit Menu header - -->> Remove these (Home, About, Shortcode, Templates) 6.) Nav Menu - remove "UnCategorized" and Insert new Menu items which will be pages too One of these new pages should have video rss feed ability from Youtube. If you do not have the php code for this to work then please do not bid Once complete I need instructions on how to add a page or add a category.
