Printing Press controller
The goal of this project is to control the color ink flow of the color printing machine which is depends on the image which will going to print. Mainly this product is use in large printing press like news paper printing press or book printing press. In this project I done the software part. In this project I used the JAVAFX, log4j and RS232 communication protocol for writing and reading in/outputs from COMM port. Features : Its control total 192 mechanical motors which is use for ink flows on the printing paper. Here one slider is dedicate for the one motor and user can control flow via up and down the slider values. Also provide the actual value of the motor so user can monitor the current position of particular motor. Here if any mechanical part will not work then provide proper error message on error box. Here also provide licensing to avoid the more then one installation. Log4J integration use for the logging.
