To summarise I wasted my time and money by hiring this freelancer because I had to finish the project myself including technical details, analysis, pie charts, layout and referencing which ended up with few sleepless nights. The freelancer did not complete the work on schedule, the work was of a very poor quality below an acceptable standard and required multiple revisions before it could be accepted as at least 50% of what was asked for. A professional should be honest with a high level of integrity considering the scope of work they can deliver. She confirmed at the beginning of the project that she can handle it and it is within her area of expertise with a statement about honesty and integrity however it appeared to be a very inaccurate statement based on work delivered.
