Tilting weld fixture 7466 BIW-AA
This is a full frame weld fixture. The Kuka K6 sled mounted robot and the Nabishi center robot load parts into the fixture. When the nesting limits are made the clamps are set holding the parts in place. the fixture is tilted to face the 4 Kuka K16 welding robots. The table is tilted back and the Naboshi robot loads fully welded frame onto assembly line pallet

I started this small business called Global 3D Designs to satisfy my entrepreneurial spirit. I attended St Clair college and studied industrial engineering. I attended U of Windsor and obtained a BSME. I worked for Chrysler for 13 years. I started freelancing after leaving Chrysler and have been involved in both domestic and foreign projects including an electromagnetic drive system and a 5mW bio mass and solar field project in the Yucatan. I have two international patents pending . I am looking forward to the challenges of my next project. No job is too small.
