Since the break of dawn - or 1994 to be exact - I have worked with webcontent.
I started out with simple HTML webpages, because I was intrigued by how the web worked.
This escalated to more complex pages, with server-side scripts (ASP and PHP), webshops etc.
To make nice and clean webpages, you need to have the right content, which also includes images and videos.
So i started learning photoshop and video-editing.
I stared my own freelance-business in 2001, and I needed a logo. I knew Photoshop, but I did not know anything about vector-graphic, and you need that in creating logos. So I started working with vector-graphic, and created logos for myself and for others as well.
So at this point in time (around 2005), I knew HTML, CSS, ASP and PHP. I also knew Photoshop and Illustrator, and I used different tools for video-editing.
That's when I learned about Wordpress, a simple blog-cms. I started with a small blog, and then developed my skills through the years.
