Hello. I have been doing design work for over 19 years on a wide variety of different products ranging from orthopedics to aerospace to cell phone cases and many more. I am well versed in the knowledge of plastics and the injection molding process. I have been using SolidWorks for over 9 years. I also hold several patents for my designs. I am confident that I can design whatever product you need with my vast experience.

Used Unigraphics V16 thru NX2 to perform an extensive range of Orthopaedic Designs. Created intricate anatomically-correct injection molds of human bone by utilizing free form surface modeling. Was the sole designer in the group and therefore worked on all design aspects of our project that ranged from the afore-mentioned intricate molds to the conceptual design and creation of cutting edge Orthopaedic instrumentation.

Responsible for creating standard parts for various groups throughout the company using CATIA and Unigraphics V15, maintained BOM (Bill of Materials) accuracy for various aircraft assemblies, worked with Canadian partners to create a database that would allow smooth work flow between the two companies, and performed many other support tasks.

Designed wing components for an Airbus aircraft using CATIA. Assigned as the company’s only offsite liaison to its main vendor. In charge of overseeing a smooth work flow between the two companies during the design and construction phases of the BA609 aircraft.
