SAFRAN HELICOPTER ENGINES

In helicopter engines produced by Safran there are spiral bevel gears used to transmit low power. These bevel gears are set in pair. The operation permiting to get the pair was performed on a center distance machine. The goal of my project was to develop a software (tool) for the numerical pairing of the bevel gears using the digital models.

VINCI ENERGY

VINCI ENERGIES has a workshop for electrical motor maintenance. The major task of the maintenance consists in changing the copper winding in electrical motors. This task was performed by operators and are done manualy. My project consisted in designing and manufacturing a machine for the automatization of this task.
