CRM database, web-based order forms, and client portal system that combined several disparate software platforms into one highly custom platform we'll use to run our business. Unfortunately the project could not be complete for a variety of reasons but the work they did was reasonable, timelines were not great but their communication was pretty good. I think this project was a little large and next time would make it into smaller pieces and work on them piece by peice.
