A Virtual Board is also implemented so that professor can explain the concept by drawing something and that drawing is visible to all clients. The application will continuously monitor the mail account and after getting new mails it will check some test. And then execute the command inside the mail and reply back to administrator whether task is completed successfully or not. The users can search a particular mail through the subject or from address. The address book functionality will be common for all the accounts.
