As the Secretary of the Administrative Department, my functions are to oversee the schedules of the Administrative Manager and the Department as a whole. I am also tasked to prepare letters of communication and memorandum. I am also expected to secure documents for safe keeping.

As an account executive, I am tasked to look for advertisers that will avail the radio station's offers and services. This task requires good public relations and communication skills.
