Building on my experience writing reports in the youth justice sector, I was responsible for gate-keeping (i.e. proofreading and editing) reports by my colleagues. These reports were a critical opportunity to demonstrate our professionalism and the reports I wrote and gate-kept were always well received by partner agencies.
