I am looking for a CUSTOM website developed to replace my old design.

The entries must include the 4 pages (or sections if scrolling) including Home, About, Services, and Contact... It should keep the existing text, but in an updated and responsive design.

You can certainly use a template, but I am not just looking for template recommendations.

I am not sure why some are being asked for login as this is a static HTML site but here are the pages:
