  I just wanna ask that should we stick with the elevations you designed?
  I mean can we make some big changes to the design?
  I'm thinking a design derived from Mies van der rohe designs will be amazing for your space area

  Hi, I wanted to ask you what is your intention in relation to the project, to know how I focus the work. Would you rather have floor plans and 3d or technical drawings for construction? Construction plans would be plants with specifications, cuts, facades, opening forms, all with much technical detail so that any builder can do it. I can do both but the idea is that the documentation will serve you for the intended purpose. Regards

  Hi to all again, thanks for the entries so far. I would like to clarify for all the direction of the stairs (see jpeg file attached) Between the stairs and the Bathroom in the ground flor I would like to have a tiny room / space to put the electrict switchboard. This way I would have also a small way to the kitchen, eating space that could be separated with a sliding door. Thanks

  Ok, I have guaranteed the competition. Sealing cost me 30% more and dont see the point from my perspective. If someone were to copy a good idea I would still be fair and give the price to the first one

  Hello, I don!t know much about german rules of construction but are you sure, you don't have to touch the neighbour house from west with your house? Just because the site is looks like if it would be an unbroken row even if the west neighbour's roof is quite complex for the row. :)

  Hello I have started working on the project but I need more information about the material you are going to be using because if its not rock 50 cm thickness is too much. If it is rock windows must be 1 meter away from corners. Also is it okay do some little fixes on the project?

     Thanks Sait. The material is goiong to be some clay bricks with isolation. I was told 50 cm, if its ultimately less, better. There differences in the regulations I suppose, I will be building in germany where they have lots of energy consumption related regulations. This project is going to be an iteration. Then I will have to check with the corresponding local experts if doable and after that a final plan.

  to extend and to seal costs extra money. I set the price based on a featured project by free lancer for a house design. Im not asking to actually design the house, which I have been doing for months but to translate the drawings into some professional looking plan. If I get any entries of work in process that I like I dont mind upgrading to guaranteed, sealed and or extend it.
