I want to upgrade the attached 3D animation with the same idea BUT with better quality and I need it fast.. preferably within 24 hours or maximin by Saturday October 23rd.

I want the animated lines to go out from Yemen to around the globe.. basically the opposite of the current animation.

Requirements:
- Min Duration: 3 seconds
- Resolution: 4K at 50P
- File format: Uncompressed or QuickTime in Pro Res 4:4:4 or QuickTime in DNxHD 4:4:4 or similar formats that is supported in Windows.
- Entries should be at least in 720P to help me evaluate the quality.

Expect a good bonus of up to $50 if I like your work.

NOTE: The attached video is 10 years old and was done with a pre-made After Effects template. Since this is an urgent project, I do not mind that you use an After Effects template as long as it will be modified to fit my requirements. If you will be working with After Effects, then you do not have to render the full version, just send me the After Effect project and I will render it with my fast workstation.

Finally .. please do not ask me in the comments section to check your entries as I will check all entries automatically. Asking me to check your entries bothers me and I will reject your entries if you do it.

The difficulty I'm encountering is in relation to the output. I'm on a Windows 8, and Blender 3d.
If I can render this in one of the required formats, I will participate. ..I still haven't found a solution
