I have written a book Titled "Don't Lose Your Shirt!" The subtitle is "Your Full Proof Guide for Techies Buying and Selling Homes in Chattanooga." The book is 6x9 format and is roughly 100 pages. Design should be for the front cover, spine, and rear. The attached photo should be placed on the back cover of the book. The purpose of the book is to set myself apart from other real estate agents in the city by offering this book as a free contribution to potential clients. The book should also be very attractive to make someone pick it up to read it, look good out on a coffee table, or business desk. Style of the book cover is open to interpretation. Content of book can be shared for reference. Book will be used for commercial use and design should be 100% unique. Design quality should be a minimum of 300 dpi. Author should be displayed as Robert Wills. Please reference design style of book cover uploaded and book content for inspiration.
