e-Core (http://ecoreusa.com) is a software development company specialized in outsourcing solutions (such as custom application development and quality assurance). We need a flyer to hand out to leads in IT conferences and events. I have attached an example to illustrate but don't need to follow that, it is just to give an idea so creativity and innovation is welcome.

Requirements:
- Images included that we could use for commercial purposes - mainly related to high tech (such as touch screens), IT or software development
- Section outlining the following advantages of Brazil IT industry with the following points: Talented Resources, Time Zone Proximity, Cost Efficiency
- Must include e-Core's logo
- Preferred format: 5x7
- Color scheme similar to the attached picture or the one from http://ecoreusa.com (Blue-green and grey)
- Must include the following bullet points: Nearshore Outsourcing, Custom Application Development, Quality Assurance, Development Center in Brazil, Ability to Scale Teams Quickly, Cost Efficiency
- Could include a section with the following text (without tags):
