I believe orange color gives a good contrast with your logo's color palette. Minimal, clear and straight to the point. Let me know your thoughts.

Like the sleek design. You're right that orange is nice with our green, but overall this sign is too dark to stand out and catch eyes. I would prefer the address to be bigger and my company name to be smaller. Also the "LEASING 7 days.." is a key feature so that we stand out vs. a for sale sign. *maybe* add a phone number if not too much info--314-568-7522.
