I am working to develop a website where user will be able to request any administrative services in a specific country. I have already designed all the back-end.
I am working to design the VIEWS using HTML5 and Bootstrap. I am going through a comptetion to have a custom and beautifull views designs for my pages and forms. For this first competition, i juste need the home page.

1. I want it very user friendly to help thos one who have not a good digital litteracy to be able to navigate through
2. Give the possibility (a search box) to help user to searchh a services
3. Have a specific block at the top to share some information.
4. Show also the list of the services with high request
5. I want the page responsive
6. I want you to propose a good set of colors combinasion
7. Use bootstrap to animate it very well
8. May be an slides to show the advantage of using this web app
9. Any additional idea to have a very usefull home page

For this first page, i propose 50$. Please read very well the description of the project, i need just the views, not the back end.
