Hello, I've a WhitePaper (13 pages) with text content. I've created a colorful pdf (attached here) by adding some colors, stock images and background designs that has made the boring text a bit visually appealing for now.

As part of this contest, I would like to tap in to your Design / Illustration expertise to make the resulting pdf more valuable due to a) the relevant illustrations that improve the understanding of the text along with b) being visually appealing.

The graphics and illustration need to be minimally intrusive to the text. If you illustrate few important concepts may be 1-2 concepts per page that should be good enough.

What to illustrate? Concepts such as:
1) 5 Scrum Values: Focus, Openness, Respect, Commitment and Courage
2) 3 Pillars: Transparency, Inspection and Adaptation
3) 3 Accountabilities: Scrum Master, Product Owner, Developers
4) 3 Artifacts: Product Backlog, Sprint Backlog, Increment
5) 5 Events: Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospective, Sprint
6) Definition of Done

The text of the whitepaper can not be changed. Yes, you can change it's font, color, give it a background, highlight, bold, italicize, play with font sizes, change it's placement etc.

Having knowledge of Scrum Framework would be helpful to you, but not needed.

The winner should be willing to make needed revisions to ensure the resulting pdf is valuable. The deliverable include the source files (psd / ai / .... any program that you use).

I've myself created the attached pdf in Crello.com with A5 size. The attached file is A4 size pdf of the A5 size design (just blown up version). The graphics that I've added in the attached pdf can all be replaced / removed.

The front page (cover) design doesn't require any change. If you prefer a different design, you are welcome to try.

The index page at the beginning of the pdf also doesn't require any illustration.

End Result should be an A4 pdf with 14-20 pages. Font size should be clearly readable, not too small and not too big.
