I have included 2 options. In each layout I have tried to maximized your social space with an open concept. I have changed the balcony door to a central sliding one so that you have a niche for a BBQ without interfering with the rest of your exterior space. If you prefer one layout over another I can work that one up in 3D. Just let me know.

Both very efficient designs. I feel like you are one of the few submissions that has listened to what I emphasized in the briefing and added your own unique twist to those ideas. Not sure which one I like better! Thank you for the entries
