I can design the profile page to but i need some informations about the content. And you dont need to pay me extra. About the integration with the bootstrap I think you can start a new contest for 15-20 $ and you will find some guys who knows how to work in bootstrap. Even after you award a winner he can make some changes to the design. So I can change the contact buttons until you are happy with the final design!
