I need help with a logo design for our Shrimp food restaurant named "SHRIMP BEAST".

I need a clean and catchy logo design, please do not make cartoonish/funny as i do not need cartoonish style but as realistic as possible may be flat white color shrimp with realistic features. i leave it upto your creative design skills.

In the logo we want a nice looking shrimp (may be grabbing a lemon, not sure about , you can take an idea of lemon incorporation by looking at our competitor's logo (see attached))

You don't need to make the shrimp look like a beast, as beast will be the person who will eat our shrimp food.

Also we want our company name "Shrimp Beast" written in in a nice and better way than our competitor's logo (attached). The font style must be looking cool with the shrimp you will draw.

Attached is the zip file named "Competitor's logo". it contains our competitor's logo, we really like that but we want to make something far better and more attractive/catchy than that.
Also attached is the file named 'logodraft', that is what a designer made for us. We liked that as well. But as i told before we are looking for something very special, amazing and realistic.

Color preferences:
For the shrimp i prefer white but you are free to create creative options for me..
For the text i like bright colors but i leave it upto your creativity , which ever looks nice in overall logo

At the time of approval i will need adobe illustrator (.ai) vector file, should be fully editable with all separate layers and high res jpg,png and pdf formats. So please draw only in adobe illustrator and not in any other software.
We will need 100% copyrights transferred to us upon approval of the design.

NOTE:
(Please do not use any free stock images/clip arts or freepik design material. its going to be copy righted and i need a customized and exclusive logo design for our business) if we found any designer copying material from internet their entry will be simply rejected.
