You are requeued to develop a design concepts and drawing for a 36 sq. m visitors room and its bathroom the required theme for the room is Moorish / Islamic design theme. I have attached images of the desired theme feeling of the required room. The winner candlelit must submit 3D render of designed spaces, once approved the designer must then submit detailed Autocad drawings of walls, flooring tiles, ceiling theme.

Required files - (Milestones)

- 3D Model Moorish concept design of the visitor’s room and its washroom
- (once concept is approved) – submit a detailed AUTOCAD drawings of Walls, wall sections Flooring titles detail and ceiling detail.

#6 by Rania...Very Fantastic 3D Visualization work..but the waiting room is just 5.5 m x 5.8 m and 3.65 m ceiling hight. The room is not a perfect square or rectangle. Seating arrangement is good but not possible in this type of room. Room hight does not look perfect as a section is given in CAD file. Anyway, Good Luck.
