Resumen del concurso

We need a logo for a mobile fantasy adventure game – 'Otherkin'. It is set in a magical reality resembling the Nordics during the Bronze Age. The name of the game "Otherkin" should be presented in an appropriately stylised logo. For inspiration, please refer to the attachement. You might also check out the Wikipedia entry on Nordic Bronze Age. (BTW: Let's NOT think of war-crazed Vikings, because we are in the Nordic Bronze Age. The Vikings came much later.)

The logo may (and probably should) incorporate elements beyond the mere letters of the word 'Otherkin' – you might think of objects that are associated with bronze age life, nature mysticism, shamanism, fantasy adventure, therianthropy (transitioning between human and animal froms) etc. The general shape of the logo (taking into account all elements included in it) should be more wide than high (think of using the logo e.g. in a website header.

Our plan is to first use the logo in web, print and online video. It will be featured in a crowdfunding campaign launching within about one month (today being May 6). Eventually, it might make it to the game itself once it gets published.

We reserve full and exclusive rights to the winning logo, including unlimited rights to distribute and modify it. We expect to receive the logo in a high resolution PNG and a standard vector graphics format.

BEFORE THE FINALISTS ARE CHOSEN WE WILL RUN SOME CHECKS INCLUDING GOOGLE'S REVERSE IMAGE SEARCH. WE MAY ALSO ASK YOU TO TELL US ABOUT YOUR CREATIVE PROCESS AND USE OF PRE-EXISTING ASSETS.

seeing this one just now sadly (and it's 01:09AM my time). And there's only 7hrs left until the deadline - yet I need to get some sleep for upcoming Monday and work I have piled up for the day. Already I want to thank the early submitters because this has helped me to clarify the task. Please present your graphics as they really are (e.g. do NOT render 3D pages of the logo in them, and do NOT add background graphics that are not a part of the logo).
