I can install cPanel/WHM on your server along with working webmail. I don't know why you think webmail will be an issue is there any difficulty you are facing on server? You need to buy the licence yourself. I can help you to buy it cheap.

I have a very large experience with Centos. If it is something wrong with E2C I can provide analysis what is not right doing installation.
