D3.js and Angular (1.x) Expert Needed

I am looking for a D3.js and Angular.js expert who knows how to integrate both. I have a bubble cloud chart similar to this:

But the bubbles have a background image.
There is a progress bar on each bubble
Clicking on a bubble will open up another set of bubbles
And there is animation.
I want to refine and extend the code to do following:
Fix: the size and positioning of the bubbles. It isn't optimal. it's not filling screen properly
For the bubble that was clicked already, it should be off to the side, so user knows to click that to go back
Highlight clickable bubbles in better way (right now it's a red outline)
add an autocomplete text box
have a default bubble color
