Hello Coders, I need some one expert in coding. I will provide you with all the design stuff you just need to code what I need. What I need is a website where users can post a message on homepage. Homepage have no fixed width so its resolution independent like [login to view URL] so about 60% of total width and about 500 pixels area will be for this message. When a user will come to website he need to be register first before posting a message on homepage. each message posted by users will display on homepage about 10 seconds for now but I need access to change this in my admin panel. After 10 sec next message will appear. Further details will be provided to bidders who will post custom replies no generic bid PLEASE.. However, as it is a shared plan, it has some important limitations. For example, you shouldn't use more than 25% of CPU time, which I'm sure this project doesn't fits, because it will have to make a petition every 10 seconds for every user. I think you should consider a dedicated server plan. Also, every shared plan at hostgator, has a limitation on sending e-mails: you cannot send more than 200 emails a day. Chat on-line with a support agent and explain you would like to host this project. I'm sure you will be advised for a dedicated (or semi-dedicated) plan. now please let me to know your suggestions.
