Help with Business Finance

Understand, manage, and supervise all aspects of cash flow and Forecast daily cash requirements and secure availability of fund to finance BUs needs. Handling Daily/weekly bank reporting & managing facility utilization (i.e. follow up the position of LCs IBCs DCs Daily checks on our bank position and related reports ) Cash flow variance analysis & preparation of the trend analysis for discussion with management Follow AR department(i.e. mange the foreign/local sales collections) and AP payments( i.e. mange the foreign/local suppliers payments) Managing all daily cash & banking transactions (i.e. FX, LGs ,LCs ,ODC,IDC, Loans Booking/repayment &Transfers ) Settlement of IBCs with banks in frequent basis Set the plan for our bank messengers Monitoring Europe spot rates of foreign currencies to make a profitable FX deals Handling insurance policies over company assets and insurances polices for new projects(Site all risks ) . Maintain and develop relationship with banks including negotiating and contracts review and open new credits lines for new projects Prepare all bank requirement to open new facilities Develop successful deals with other financial institutions ( i.e. factoring insurance , capital lease , insurance companies)inside and outside Egypt Analysis of Our Company Financials to outside parties and keep in touch to justify any inquires Providing support for budgeting and planning department for pricing new Tenders Open credit lines with banks for financing big projects inside and outside Egypt Preparing report s to Top & Senior management ( Customer positions &Aging ,suppliers positions &aging , Cash flow , Facility utilization ,cash positions and dash board reporting) Managing cash flow among our branches ( about eleven branch around Africa and middle east ) Managing accounts and users access for online banking system & monitoring global bank accounts Involving in business development within accounting & finance department Posting all treasury and cash transactions to ERP system and perform bank reconciliation through verifying expenses debited from company accounts. Having good knowledge about hedging Providing big support to company CFO for solving many problems and managing work
