Qualified CPA (Certified Public Accountant), My top skill relevant to you: I have an extensive experience setting up new accounting systems for new businesses, and I have specifically set up a new accounting system in Waveapps about 2 weeks ago. I even know how to integrate Waveapps with other applications like google sheets for uploading and downloading data. If you have been operating a previous accounting system before Waveapps, I can assist you to upload the balance sheet from google sheets in one go, plus all other Chart of Accounts set-up. Other Skills: • Advanced accounting software knowledge: Quickbooks, Tally, Waveapps, Sage, Freshbooks and Manager. • Setting up new accounting system: I have begun new accounting systems from scratch for over 4 companies, and am able to set up the full chart of accounts, the general ledgers, fixed assets, depreciation and generally I have a deep overall insight of how to set up an accounting system for any business from scratch. • Accounts receivable: Invoicing customers, follow-up for payment and updating received payments to the correct customer invoice. • Accounts payable: Expenses and supplier bills. • Monthly payroll • Preparing monthly returns such as NHIF, NSSF, PAYE, VAT returns and company annual income returns. • Preparing financial reports such as balance sheets and profit and loss statements and any other required reports.
