We need a bookkeeper that understands small businesses & is a guru at Xero, we are a very small home based hair salon with estimated takings of about 20k per year. We have have our paypal & bank feeds going straight into Xero. Your Responsibilities: 1. Reconcile all transactions for both paypal & bank account on a monthly basis. 2. Create & email us monthly reports so we can see how our business is performing eg gross sales, profit/loss, yearly sales broken down into each month, breakdown of what products & services are selling/not selling. We will provide you with an end of day report each day which shows that days transactions including a breakdown of the days takings into categories such as cuts, colours, men's, retail.

Dear Client, I would be happy to do this for you. I have experience with Xero, including creating invoices and bank account reconciliation. I also have experience with financial budgets, reports and gst filing. I am available to start immediately and can backdate your invoices etc to the start of the financial year if required.
