The aim of this study is to research on the existing KRA’s of the employees and making the predictive & prescriptive analysis pertaining to the Training & Development, People requirement to perform jobs & redefining their KRA’s that will not only provide the employee a positive motivation but also increase the company’s performance.
The projects is in HR analytics so we need to use regression analysis & Chi Sqaure test to make the prescriptions
