Simple React Native Audio Recording App w/ PHP Admin Portal

Need help with MVP for mobile app.

The mobile app will record short audio clips.

I need this done in React Native so I get Android and iOS.

The app will not need user sign-up screens. I want to have an admin portal where I can enter in user emails manually. (I want to bulk upload user info from .csv files in future release)

I have sketched out the look and functionality of the app in the attached pdf file.

I will provide the app name, app logo and app icon after project is awarded.

Please plan to use shades of blue, gray and white (I have attached rgb specs for shades of blue that I like)

I have provided a great deal of detail. Please provide price and delivery time with quote.

PAYMENT TERMS:

Total will be paid over 3 milestones - deposit, testing and final acceptance

Note: Freelancer will be asked to sign freelancer.com's standard IP Transfer Agreement as part of this project
