We are in need of a working mobile app that is compatible with all phones and a website. This particular app is an educational app and should allow students to read pdf files one their phones. It will have two ends, students (Secondary and University) and lecturers (Masters, PhD, Prof, others).

Students Help a student
Lecturers should be able to broadcast message or school notes to students by adding just their phone numbers and students show be able to receive these notes inside their inbox and can choose to save which should appear under My note category and when they replied, lecturers should receive it inside their inbox.
Lecturers should also be able to save all important materials whenever they choose so and it should equally appear under their my notes.
Under students categories lecturers should be able to add and delete students by just deleting their mobile numbers.
Network: Students should be able to add and delete anyone with their phone numbers and send message to the person if they choose to do so.
Materials: Admin should be able to post, edit and delete all kinds of educational materials and it should reflects in Material category of both the lecturer and student.
Seek assistance: Students should be able to post in this section when they need assistance and whenever anyone click on help a student they should be able to see these posts and when they respond the student should be notify.
Help a student: This is just a medium in which users can log in to assist those seeking assistance.
Post: Students should be able to post, edit and delete and when they do it should appear under specified threads, either Gossip, Entertainment, Academics and Issues depending on what they chose.
Share Materials: Lecturers and admin should be able to post educational materials
Admin: Should be able to delete, edit, post and move any posts to the right thread. There should be administrative back-end.
Please note that secondary school student's materials and Seek assistance section should be different but university students can choose to help secondary students.
