I would like to build a SaaS software, with multi-tenancy support in mind. the software would be a private clinic and patient records and history. Like a hospital information system but for private clinics and doctors who have their own clinic. a user (doctor) should be able to register to the system by invitation only once the user is created, a new subdomain would be created for that user to manage his clinic or private space he can add users, he can patients, he can add appointments, he can add patient records and medical history would be able to search for a patient when a new user wants to sign up to the system data should not be in he same collection i prefer to have each tenant in a separate collection on a shared database or a separate database for each tenant support for translation, i18n we can discuss related models and database requirements later on. preferred development stack nodejs express mongodb

I am experienced full stack developer with good knowledge of Angular, .Net core, SQL Server After looking at your requirement I suggest to go with Angular 6 with .Net core and My SQL or postgresql. It is open source technology stack and which can be deployed on shared server also. Because Mongo, Node required dedicated or VPS server for hosting.
