Animation Video for New Business Venture

I require a video for a new venture that I am starting.
The video will be about 90 seconds long. It needs to have a comedic nature to it. I have drawn out a very crude storyboard on paper that I need to finish.
The story board currently has about 21 boxes. I will require advice on what a freelancer will require to complete this to my specification.
Only apply if you have a portfolio that I can view.
The story is one for selling a house.
Video will need to be viewable on a website
