Create 3D flick

Hello. I need a short 13 seconds long hi-res 3D flick. I will try to describe what I need in it as best as I could, but don't hesitate to ask any questions. There is 13 seconds long MP4 file. It is attached to this project. It is a text string that I turned into a stream using my application. This file needs to be converted from 2D into 3D object. Sort of look like this: [login to view URL] - This object should cross the screen over 13 seconds. - This object needs to have reflective mirror surface - The background should be a movie clip showing some colorful reef with fishes. I need this colors to be reflected off the object - the scale of the object should be "natural" to the scene that it is in.
