Bike modification for Short film shooting

We're based out of Chennai, India. We're shooting a short film and one of the elements of the film shows a thief looting the riches. We're in process of designing a bike which the thief character uses. Based on our script the bike will have a rotational license plate (as shown in this youtube link: [login to view URL]). The rotational number plate needs to be operated through RF remote as well as in-bike buttons (mandatory). It should be 100% functional as shown in the video. I already have some expertise around IOT and 3D printing but I don't have time for this now in the middle of the shoot so I would like to hire a professional who can completely do it for us and courier the equipment. It needs to be as sturdy and top quality as it is going to be fitted on an offroad bike. We are aware it is illegal to own this stuff on the road but this is completely for filming purposes so you can just make it for us and forgot about it we'll take care of it from there. The number plate holder in the video is for a car so it has to be designed for bike number plate size (Front+back so both are different sizes). I'm sure it is easy to replicate the model shown in the video for a bike only thing is it needs to be the exact size of a bike's front and back number plates of different sizes (Bike number plate dimensions Front - 29 x 5.8 Back - 20.5 x 11 rough number). I know this field very well, the weight of the 3d prints of the two plates will be less than a kilo with 2 servo motors and a microcontroller with few switches so the production cost will not be more than 5000 INR max so I'm willing to pay a generous amount of 10,000 + shipping charge for the work you're going to do.
