I have a website being developed for a new property investment company. We provide a property investment product that GUARANTEES an extremely high ROI% or interest rate, much higher than market alternatives with ZERO risk to the investor. Essentially the same as putting their funds in a term deposit account with a bank but receiving an interest rate or ROI up to 10 times that which they would receive at some banks. The target market is highly affluent investors with a minimum of $100,000 cash to invest. My biggest issue is that i need to word it in a certain way due to legal reason and a heavily regulated market so the successful writer needs to EXTREMELY skilled and VERY CREATIVE as well have the BEST English possible. I am looking for a very professional look, feel and touch. Need something that communicates success, luxury, but also young and modern. I am open to different ideas and suggestions however was thinking a minimalist look might suit our audience best. I don't want the site being too young and hip but still want them to feel that we are in touch with the ever changing market and the content needs to reflect that. Project Deadline is 12 DAYS. About Us: Outline what we are about, the group of companies that complete us and what we have achieved thus far in the market How We Help You: be clear and to the point in how simple it is for us to help create wealth, essentially risk free, at a rate so high it can be up to 10 times that of a bank's term deposit Investment Process: outline the investment process and let them visualize how simple it is Projects/Portfolio: needs to be broken up into past projects, current projects and future projects. This section will be heavily visual with minimal content and we will need to provide some images and videos which I can do at a later stage. Contact Us: A simple form that allows us to understand how much capital they have to invest and call them back accordingly, whether they are local or international, doesn't matter. Colour pallet: black gold white is the main colour pallet. open to ideas that will suit my target market and company image that I am trying to portray.
