ASP.NET Site World Pay Integration and minor changes

We have almost finished building an ASP.NET, content managed website with MS SQL backend for a Charity for free. We would like the following done -

2. The site is to help ex-offenders to move on with their lives so there is an online registration form. We would like the admin module to contain a link that lists all registered users. Have search facility for all users by name, by reference number, date, etc. Once a user has been found the administrator might want to record a communication with the user with a time stamp. All communication per user must be recorded and viewable.
[login to view URL] would also like an SWF file changed slightly and added to a certain page as a static link.
