OpenCMS Development Needed

I need somebody familiar with OpenCMS.

We need to install a current website into this CMS on a WINDOWS platform.

Please break out pricing:

1) Install template only - home page and interior page - I will populate

2) Complete transfer of all pages

## Deliverables

The website we'll be transferring is stcroixsystems.com. I'm going to be cleaning up the code and create a clean CSS home page and interior template to be installed into OpenCMS
