Create an webapp for notifications to users when wishlists get in stock

Hi there,

I have database an auction site that gets new items each day. I also have a service where users can put in wishlists. I would like someone to create a simple webapp using .NET Framework that loops through the list of new auction items each night and sends the user an email if something on their wishlist has come in stock.

The technical:

1. There are only two tables Auction and Wishlist.

Auction has a header field and Wishlist a field for a searchterm. So the pseudoSQL-code would bascially be: select from auction where header like '%searchterm%'

2. One email should be sent each night, so If user has more searchterms that matches new objekts or multiple auction headers match one search term only one mail should be sent. Listing all matches.

3. The cron/scheduling part can be setup on the server. So it really only needs to be a webapp that loops over the two tables and sends emails.

4. It should be easy to change the HTML of the email, subject, header, footer should not be hardcorded or compiled.

I consider this a fairly small and simple project.
