CRUD Asp.net core 3.1 for menu, roles and users management

A CRUD application for Users and Users roles/menu management. The application must provide:
• CRUD – Menu definition (menu definitions will be applied on other applications, not this) (DB table MenuMaster and MenuDetails)
• CRUD- Roles definitions (DB table Rolesmaster and RolesDetails): after menu definition, the user could create roles, based on permission on each menu item.
• CRUD –After menu and roles creation, user could create other users (DB table Users)
All data (grids (like Data Tables templete page), forms and trees) could be printed to .Pdf or exported to Excel.
Login page must take UID, Password from Users table (at least one user must be present, create 1st user and change password immediatly after logon).
Password minimum length, maximum login retry must be set on config file.
Password changes must be logged into HistoryPwd table and displayed for each user as a table.
Users actions must be displayed into a view.
Requirements
• Asp.Net Core 3.1
• Inspinia template v2.9.3 (We provide licensed product)
• Database (We provide attached SQLServer exported DB)
• Must be tested on Internet Explorer and Chrome web Browsers
• Multi language
