Final project: Produce a 65 minute quicktime movie optimized for web viewing by combine existing audio files with an existing Keynote presentation.
Project parameters: Produce 1) a revised Keynote presentation and 2) a quicktime movie file optimized for viewing on a web site - both of which combine an existing audio recording of a live presentation and the existing Keynote presentation file that was shown during the live presentation.
Existing files: The audio recording is available as a set of 13 MP3 files with 64 minutes total run time. The existing Keynote file (13.3 MB) includes existing slide transitions and slide actions that were shown during the presentation.
The resulting new Keynote file with audio should properly synchronize with the existing actions built into the Keynote presentation. The Keynote file with synchronized audio should then be exported into a quicktime movie file that is optimized for viewing on a web site.
Additional issues: The audio file includes a one minute speaker introduction that precedes the start of the keynote presentation. A new title slide will need to be inserted at the start of the Keynote file for display during this introduction.
Project materials are available now. Project may begin once the bid is awarded. Project duration should be less than two weeks.
Project may be done anywhere.
Bids should include relevant prior experience on similar or more complex projects, and a range of time to complete and cost for the completed project. Preference will be given to fixed bids.
